This piece is a soundtrack for a storyboard occurring on a hypothetical moon - a yet unfound planet whose soundscape is yet discovered.

The source materials include field and hydroponic recordings, circuit bent toys and synthesizers which were manipulated using mostly time-stretching and basic editing techniques in an attempt to generate new ambiguous sounds out of familiar ones.

Hagai is a sound artist, composer and musician and a founder member of the electronic band Rendezvous. Born in 1978, he's based in Israel. His experimental work focuses on sounds we are exposed to every day in the public and domestic spheres, often in passing or involuntarily.
